My name is Shania. I'm from Trinidad and Tobago. I like to design and create DIYs( Do it yourself) with fashion and bedazzle my clothes. One of my favorite things about an outfit is finding the perfect shoes to go with it like Chanel or Louboutin and choosing which dazzling rings to wear. I also like to belly dance and watch TV shows like The Office and River dale. Growing up I fell in love to cook as well from simply watching my mom and grandma do it all the time, so now I can say I'm a pro at making things like curry chicken and roti.
My prior experience to using technology in an educational setting are Promethean boards back in elementary school. Also, later on smart boards came out and I thought they were pretty cool. I used to have an iPad and take notes with that for my high school classes but now I also use my Mac book Pro for notes in every class. I relay mostly on my Mac book because all my work is stored on it, it is the most convenient to use, and easy to carry around.
I hope to learn more about Excel because I never really learned the program or used it often previously. I have more knowledge of Microsoft Office. I also wish to learn more about blogging because prior to this, I never used or written blogs. I also want to learn how to create a website and website designing because I love to design things just never designed a website before. I wonder how I can bedazzle that.
I love to cook as well! I watched my Mom cook meals during the week and bake on the weekends, and I love baking myself now. I've never tried curry but that's on the top of my list to make!

I think it seems super nice to take notes on an iPad. I have always wanted to try that. From my minimal experience, I know that website designing is super cool, so hopefully you get to learn about it and enjoy it too!
ReplyDeleteThe Office is also one of my favorite shows! I have been binging it for the past week actually. Cooking as well is a hobby of mine. I also think its very cool that you used to use an IPad to take notes on, I was actually thinking about buying one for that purpose.
